Digi-Care Premium  
Inclusive of the day to day support needs addressed by Digi-Care Standard and Digi-Care Standard Plus Services. Digi-Care and Digi-Manage includes some of the Digi-Manage Control remote monitoring (if allowed by the customer) and reporting services to provide a full support service
Provides all of the Digi-Care Standard+ Support features, plus

Extends Advanced Hardware Replacement for an individual unit (registered serial number) for 12 months.

Premium Level discount on Spare Systems

Monthly reports and statistics
Network performance analysis, reporting and planning

 

 
Although Premium Support may be purchased on a per system basis, all other systems owned by the customer must be covered by at least an individual Standard or Standard+ Support Service to provide for Software Updates. Failure to do so will result in access to the Web Support Area being disabled. Digi-Care Premium Support must be purchased within 30 days of system shipment to avoid an Out of Warranty Repair Service required for possible inspection of eligible systems
