| Partner Qualifications |
| Partners must meet the following requirements to
qualify for the Digi-PSA service program: |

Partners are required to purchase PSA for all equipment at the
point of product purchase. |
 |
Partners must have a minimum of three D-Link Certified Network |
 |
Engineers (DCNE/DCCE or FNCNE for Foundry products) on their staff.
Partners must be the primary contact to their customers. The
end-user customer should not contact D-Link India directly. |

Partner's personnel contacting D-Link India Technical Support
Center must be D-Link and/or Foundry certified. |

Advanced Hardware Replacement
In case of a hardware system failure, you can request that a replacement part
be shipped prior to the return of the failed part. Upon evaluation by a D-Link
System engineer, an RMA will be issued. RMAs issued by 12 P.M. will be shipped
by overnight carrier the same day. RMAs issued after 12 P.M. PST will be
shipped the following business day.
