Digi-Care Partner Support Advantage  
The Partner Support Advantage (PSA) program enables you to deliver valuable product support and services to your customers and generate profitable revenue by leveraging D-Link India's service capabilities. The program helps you deliver world class support to your customers. The Partner Support Advantage program is designed to be flexible and align with your business model, so you can meet your customers' service requirements.

Partner Support Advantage is offered to all D-Link India partners in a region or country of operation Features include Limited Lifetime1 support of equipment under contract, including:
Unlimited 24/7 Toll free telephonic and email support
Software updates and upgrades
Access to D-Link India's support web site
Next or two -business-day advanced hardware replacement
1 Limited Lifetime is defined as three/five years as long as the original End User continues to own and use the product.

Partner Qualifications
Partners must meet the following requirements to qualify for the Digi-PSA service program:
Partners are required to purchase PSA for all equipment at the point of product purchase.
Partners must have a minimum of three D-Link Certified Network
Engineers (DCNE/DCCE or FNCNE for Foundry products) on their staff. Partners must be the   primary contact to their customers. The end-user customer should not contact D-Link India  directly.
Partner's personnel contacting D-Link India Technical Support Center must be D-Link and/or Foundry certified.
Partner Responsibilities
Partners must sell their own service contracts to customers. Partners must provide first level of support, including:
Call handling
Help-desk support
Initial diagnosis and troubleshooting
 
Partners must deliver necessary on-site support as required.
Partners must provide D-Link India with detailed trouble-ticket information pertinent to the customer to expedite resolution.
Partners must keep their staff trained on current D-Link India products.

D-Link Systems' Division

D-Link Systems' Division is fully staffed by highly trained Engineers. Technology expertise, streamlined processes, and a case management system provide a foundation. For responsive and effective technical support and services, Our well-equipped DSD lab lets support engineers simulate end-user network environments to diagnose, duplicate, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems. In addition, D-Link Systems engineers have ready access to our R & D engineers.

Software Updates and Upgrades
New software feature releases deliver additional functionality to your installed D-Link and Foundry switches and routers. You can download maintenance releases and new feature releases from our support web site. Both system software and D-View / IronView Network Management software updates are available.

Advanced Hardware Replacement

In case of a hardware system failure, you can request that a replacement part be shipped prior to the return of the failed part. Upon evaluation by a D-Link System engineer, an RMA will be issued. RMAs issued by 12 P.M. will be shipped by overnight carrier the same day. RMAs issued after 12 P.M. PST will be shipped the following business day.
