Warranty Policy of D-Link Products

Limited warranty of Hardware Products
Objective: The objective of the policy is to establish clearly the warranty support offered by D-Link (India) Limited, This policy outlines various warranty, support, types, methods and procedures for warranted D-Link (India) Products. This is Only applicable for Distributors, SI, VAR and OEMs.

Coverage: All manufactured as well as marketed products of D-Link (India)Limited.

Warranty: All products have 1/2/3year* standard warranty (as listed on the web site www.dlink.co.in) from the date of invoice to the Distributor and OEM from D-Link(India)Ltd. During this period D-Link(I) will repair/ replace component / parts of products that is tested as defective. Only for Distributor there will be 45 Days Grace/Extra Warranty from the Standard warranty to Consider the Sales Period and Transit time.

RMA (Returned Material Authorization)
Definition: D-Link's Technical Support staff is available to assist Customers in resolving any product or application difficulties. In many cases it is possible to resolve problems quickly over the phone without necessitating a product return. The following policy applies to all D-Link. Networking products and is subject to change without notice. It is any D-Link(I) product that does not power up properly, function properly after being in use at Customer's premises after successful installation.

The concerned field Engineer /Technician should confirm hardware failure and obtain authorization from nearest D-Link(I) RMA center for returning the product to the Branch or Hub or the Central RMA centre.
