Mr. K. R. Naik, 56 years, is the main promoter of D-Link (India) Ltd. He joined
the Company as the Director on 31st March 1993. His vision is to make D-Link as
a premier technology Company with the base of Software Development, R&D and
Manufacturing in the Networking/Communication field. Mr. Naik brings along with
him 28 years of experience in the networking industry with him. He holds a Post
Graduate Degree in Industrial Engg. from Jhunjunwala College, Bombay. He also
possesses a Diploma in Business Management form Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of
Management, Bombay. He started his career with IBM India and worked in the
design and development of parts and products in IBM. Mr. K. R. Naik is the main
promoter of D-Link (India) Ltd.

Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jangoo Dalal, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer D-Link India Ltd. is an industry veteran with more than 20 years experience in the technology industry. His immediate prior assignment was as President & Country Manager - Cisco Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. for its India & SAARC operations. He has spent 10 years in the company including stints that have seen him lead Cisco’s Enterprise business in India & SAARC regions as well as Strategy & Operations for Asia Pacific while based out of Singapore. Prior to Cisco, he has also served a stint at Wipro-British Telecom. Mr. Dalal graduated from St. Xavier's in Mumbai and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Bombay University.

A.P.Chen |

Mr. An-Ping Chen, holds the position of Director in
D-Link (India) Ltd. He possesses a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engg. and a
Masters Degree in Business Administration from Chiao-Tung University. Mr. Chen
was working as an assistant vice president with Citibank Taiwan branch till
1988. Later he joined as vice president and the head of Corporate banking with
Bank of Boston's Taiwan branch from 1988 to 1990

Tony Tsao |

Mr. Tony Tsao holds the position of President of
D-Link International Ltd., Singapore and also holds the position of VP at
D-Link Corp, Taiwan. Mr. Tsao has an overall experience of 23 years in the IT
industry. He worked with IBM Asia Pacific, Australia as the Business Manager,
E-commerce Channel Development before he joined D-Link Corp. He received an
award for the best IBM Asia Region Channel Director award in 1986. Mr. Tsao
holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Illinois Institute of
Technology, Chicago, USA.

Mr. Dattaraj V. Salgaocar holds a Bachelor of
Production Engineering, V.J.T.I., University of Bombay, 1978 and MBA (Finance)
from Wharton Business School, University of Pennysylvania, U.S.A. Mr. Dattaraj
V. Salgaocar is a leading Industrialist.

Mr. Gaonkar brings along with him 28 years of rich
experience in the industry. He started his career in Color Chem Ltd. where he
worked for a period of 7 years before shifting to Reliance Industries where he
now holds the position of Asst. Vice President . Mr. Gaonkar possesses a
Masters Degree in Science along with a Diploma in Business Management.

Pankaj Baliga |

Mr.Pankaj Baliga is having vast experience in
management and working knowledge in different managerial capacities. Presently
he is held the position of Vice President (Emerging Opportunities) in TATA
Consultancy Services. He was Fellow of Massachusetts Institute of Technology,
Cambridge, USA. He is also possesses Masters Degree in Business Administration
from IIM Ahmadabad and Bachelor of Engineering from NIT Durgapur

Rishikesha T. Krishnan is a
Professor in the Corporate Strategy & Policy Area at the Indian Institute
of Management, Bangalore (IIMB), India. His research interests are in the areas
of strategy, innovation and competitiveness. He is currently the Chairperson of
Research & Publications, and of IIMB's Centre for Development of Cases
& Teaching Aids. He was earlier the Chairperson of the Postgraduate
Programme in Management at IIMB.
Prof. Krishnan has been a consultant to, or conducted management development
programmes for, British Telecom, Daimler Chrysler, Wipro, Siemens, Sasken
Communication Technologies, the Murugappa Group, the Aditya Birla Group, Kochi
Refineries and the Governments of India and Karnataka

Mr. Pradeep Rane is a Science
graduate and has nearly about thirty years of experience in Sales and Marketing
and overall Business Management in the Pharmaceuticals industry. He has worked
at senior level positions in leading pharmaceuticals Companies in India like
Hoechst, E-Merck, Aristo, Wockhardt, Ranbaxy, Lupin. Presently he is working
with M/s Alembic Limited as President – Formulations Business |
